Thrust....Is it Based Purely on Dex ? or Average of Dex AND Strength ?

thrust dmg is 50% str and 50% dex yes.

Unless it's 2-H thrust, then it's 75% strength and 25% dex.

or thust pole, then its 100% str 
conclusion must be, that it is in fact ONLY 1h thrusters that is 50/50
