Usual QuakeNet Stuff: No Racism, No Sexism, No Sexual Harassment, etc.
2 members of every CaptureStrike clan entitled to +m on the channel
In certain special cases, Clan Captains might not gain automatic +m on channel ... (1) If they have no clue how to operate a Qbot, then there is no point ... (2) If they are known for being "a bit unruly" ... (or otherwise unsuited to being a Channel Master of a QuakeNet mod channel) ... then Channel OWNERS' discretion will apply.

This is the ultimate place to gather up the CaptureStrike player community
... (1) To enable CaptureStrike clans to form more easily.
... (2) To get the momentum going for new CaptureStrike Leagues.

Usual QuakeNet Stuff: No Racism, No Sexism, No Sexual Harassment, etc.
2 members of every CCTF clan entitled to +m on the channel

INTENDED USAGE
This channel is owned by Threewave Mod Team
All CCTF clans are entitled to equal status in it.
It is inconvenient for some people to be idle in many different clan channels.
Having just one single channel for all CCTF clans is the alternative.

The system whereby 2 Channel Masters from each clan are created on #capturestrike and #cctf will give clans a neutral space, over which the Mod Team has ultimate control.

Why give +o to only 2 members of each clan on #capturestrike and #cctf?
(1) It makes it easier for people to see who are the "Clan Captains"
(2) There was a german channel on QuakeNet which had it's entire channel record deleted by IRCops for exceeding 50 +o or something like that?! (strange but true)
