its like an invisible perma buff which is calculated after everything else, it makes no differenece if you are buffed or non buffed when you get it

i really dont hope a hero get hitted for over 350 dmg from the savage main hand.. or i had never tried (yet) to be hitted that hard and i use leather armor!!

I recently bought aug con 1 and toughness 1 for my spiritmaster. I wrote down how many hitpoints I gained from these RAs, but unfortunately I have thrown away the results by now. Anyway, as far as I remember it was something like this:
aug con 1
unbuffed: +17 hitpoints (1000+ hp total)
buffed: +17 hitpoints (1400+ hp total)
toughness 1:
unbuffed: +24 hitpoints (1000+ hp total)
buffed: +36 hitpoints (1400+ hp total)
aug con 1
unbuffed: +17 hitpoints (1000+ hp total)
buffed: +17 hitpoints (1400+ hp total)
toughness 1:
unbuffed: +24 hitpoints (1000+ hp total)
buffed: +36 hitpoints (1400+ hp total)
