Kedal ur obviously a closed minded individual but ur entitled to your opinion
And even attempting to compare WW2OL or UO to SWG has me in bewilderment
Seeing as both are in a completely different league to SWG
I am not knocking DAoC I am just saying that the Dev's have had plenty more time to examine faults in other games and subscribers requests and put them into SWG
"you are one of those people that buy a 2pound pack of butter and eat it.. just because its BIGGER and BETTER?"
Er ok....that simply has nothing to do with what I stated at the end of the day Bigger is usually BETTER, Bigger mobs, bigger lands, bigger impacts etc etc
"the starwars name is enough to kill anything, so what was your point again?"
Not the case the majority of Star Wars games that have been released have stirred little than a mouse name me one Star Wars game on the PC in 2002 that created any real impact, if anything the consumers faith in the STAR WARS licence is waining and not brimming over with excitement. Last Star Wars game I bought was Star Wars Armada I believe that turn based strategy game
"/point everquest"
Yeah but Everquest is plain shite, u ever played it! GOD HELP US As for it doing well why did it do well? Well name one other online 3D roleplaying game at the time it came out? Exactly
"no"
Man of few words and yes it does have, one of my friends is currently in Beta 2 and although he cannot tell me much, he has stated yeah it has its problems and bugs but all in all from the little parts of it he has seen he has been blown away
"why do you compare a distributor to a developer?"
You do have a point there however contractually GOA are responsible for patching and any issues there in, I was just using them as an extreme example to say that no game is without its initial teething problems, very much like the implementation of a piece of software in a business
"you know this how? from the devs. make believe."
Well clearly the Dev's have an influence over what people state but at the same time my friend has in so many words indicated that it is looking very promising
At the end of the day Kedal I stated in my post that I could be wrong at that the arrival of SWG is something that could go wrong or very right
But u have to give something a chance and look at it optimistically or there is no point in trying anything u may as well just forget it
As for
"/point sw: episode 1 & 2 - leet storyline."
Now ur just being a completely twat
HAHAAHAAHAAHAHAHAHAHA
Joke joke joke chill chill
I just reckon its gonna be really good, but then again I look at the pint as being half full not half empty, yum yum Stella Artois
