what I don't understand is how they drowned. I know all of those pools intimately. Even if you can't swim I've no comprehension of how you couldn't make it to the sides, or somewhere you could just stand up. It's unfathomable.

They went there with three guys who left them alone...? Oh really? It's fucking weird all round.

Just read the article, why can they not inform us of the deepness of the pool? Back to your question, possible one slipped entering the pool and the other also slipped trying to help? They have ruled out anything suspicious.

It's worth a visit btw. On a hot summer's day it's absolutely rammed there, but if you get up early, summit for dawn, then work your way down then you'll be having a grand old time as others are just getting started :)

I am stuck on Wi-Fi, for the time being, but have "up to" 500mb...and largely reach it, on CAT5, but both PC and inlet have moved and cabling hasn't, yet...I get 150-180atm, which is plenty, tbh.

Wife doesn't complain, eh-he

Who is the provider? Toob? Most don't offer upload speeds like that but they do.

Virgin *vomit* - though they have been fine since I got them, haven't had any issues in about 5 months now or so.

so basically what happened is!

I found out Openreach in my area was still miles off and virgin just put down full fibre lines BUT virgin didn't offer a phone service with their internet so we've had to keep two lines active, which is possible due to them being on different networks (though we did reduce the other to the minimal cost) - so I've got two lines atm, one with Zen for the phone (my wife needs phone to keep in touch with her elderly mother in Belgium) and the other with Virgin with the optional symmetry package (£6 extra a month and they'll match your upload speed to your download)


I can technically get 2gig from Virgin but figured 1gig is more than enough
