Had to screenshot this just now as I was creating an image of Windows Server 2025 and wanted to put Chrome/FF on it.

MS has more telemetry in Windows (esp 11) than ever.

Enjoy

I've just eaten a twin pack of Jaffa cakes, I am sure you don't get as many as you used to.

And instead of being the size of a 2p they are now the size of a 1/2p. (nb. Not actual size but used as an example)

In a controlled environment, why not? Take out of the hands of dealers (otherwise known as pushers) take away the opportunity for people to take it up.

It's a waste of time going after softer drugs, too, and also a vast and untapped tax revenue stream. Something needs to fill the hole left by baccy and booze.

They did it in Portugal didn't they? Last I heard its now considered a medical issue not a criminal one and addiction rates are way down

It didn't legalise it, it decriminalised drug possession of small amounts. It did have positive benefits though apparently

"The overall results are widely regarded by public health experts as positive, especially regarding:

  • Overdose deaths
  • HIV transmission
  • Prison overcrowding"

Full on legalising it though sounds like a recipe for disaster, people can't even pickup their rubbish now, imagine how many needles will be left around if heroin use becomes legal.

Farage is more than happy to stand with a cigarette and a pint in his hand. And we know how many people those two kill per year.

Decriminalising drug use is a sensible thing to do. Nothing else has worked. Drugs are everywhere.

I think you're implying that it will result in usage increasing, which is something that can't be proved.

Also in terms of lunacy, I think decriminalisation is worse than making it legal - youre helping users with the former, but with the latter youre helping the users and stopping illegal production and the shit that comes with that.

Plus, our two party system needs the others to influence government policy - look at medical use of cannabis, I doubt that would have come about if the Lib Dems didn't dare to suggest to decriminalise it in 2010.

He's not on about decriminalising. The boob whisperer is on about legalising and commercialising.

Fancy some coke? Some heroin? Of to the shops to you.

And there's no issues with what would be obviously massively expanded coke use.

I-can-talk-your-boobs-bigger (for money) is on a winner though.

Dismantling and old sofa is more of a ballache than you can imagine.

"You should have done it yesterday" is a useless statement, btw.

"You should have done it yesterday when it was not pissing it down" is that any better?
