Oh we've nailed that. We only cook food from fresh ingredients.

If there's sugar in what we consume it's because we've put it there. Other than sugars that are distilled into alcohol for Rum (and Tate & Lyle don't have a hand in the rum I buy) I can't think of anything that we consume that has any added sugar at all*.

At the turn of last century the average brit consumed something like 2.5kg of added sugar a year. By the 1990's it was like 120kg. I found a more "natural" (un-capitalised) eating habit really easy to return to. Just don't buy shit.




*apart from at xmas. When we're fat cunts. Ofc

Who knows what will happen but it would surely be less than he deserves.

Even if Putin handed him the files personally, then wanked him off, - the end result is that he exposed criminal activity by the United States.

If the US wasn't acting in a criminal manner, then Assange couldn't have been "used" in this way. (Assuming that's your basic objection? - I've never really understood your depth of hatred so...)
