The only fail is that it's chicken, not beef.

I did a roast chicken leg and Chicken thigh with roasted veg.
Roasted it in a sauce made from a tin of whole tomatoes cut up mixed with a teaspoon oil and added cumin, garlic, coriander and chili flakes.
Can add a touch of water of needed to stop the sauce getting dried out

Was delicious.

I made cottage pies from left over beef joint on sunday. Was well nice.

with carrots, onion, peas and mushrooms with the beef

was lovely. Got 2 in the freezer for later

tonight is a fry up. Eggs bacon sausage potato waffles beans mushrooms. Yum

Re watching Red Dwarf for the first time in years. Didn't notice at the time but all the sets and props look like they were made for under a fiver. Still pretty funny although quite dated now. It's got a culty quirky charm to it. Like old Dr Who episodes I guess. But Dr Who will stand the test of time better maybe. In 10 years time ppl will be looking at iphones in films now and sniggering at the caveman tech.
