Administration? They're already in administration, they'll be liquidated and cease to exist as a club at 3pm tomorrow

Not a fan, but I care what happens to them as they are a 15 minute walk from my house.

It's sad that it's complicated by the fact that the club and stadium are both in administration and deals need to be done separately for both. Sheer idiocy of Jordan and his predecessors to blame for letting the ground go.

Why? Jordan never owned it. One of the previous chairmen owned it and sold it on to investors.

He tried to flog the club ages before it went into administration because of problems in football and in his finances.

He fought tooth and nail to stop the club going into administration.

Jordan had an option to buy the ground back from the last owners long before they went into administration (when he first bought palace), he didn't want to pay what they were asking. then when he tried to buy the ground about a year later, the price was more than double the original asking price (which was actually a reasonable price).

So yes, he is as much to blame as others.

So you're saying paying £12m in a lump sum a few of years ago instead of paying around £4 million in lease so far is the reason palace went into administration?

I see why you brought up the ground now, due to the reason a purchase hasn't been made, but you still cant blame Jordan. Not many championship chairman have £12m lying about.
