Gave it a good de-dust (aka take the battery out and give all the vents a good blow ) and it seems to delayed the CPU heating up to the point the FPS starts to drop by a reasonable bit. Though it doesn't appear to be able to sustain a workable temperature as it does get increasingly warm as the duration of play goes on.

Could be that the internal fan (or one of them, if you have more) is dying.. I'm temporarily having to use a desk fan blowing over the keyboard to keep mine cool otherwise it goes up to 90+c. :\

Checked the new features of wow expansion, the outfit changes, new skilltree thingies etc and i'm really tempted to return as i enjoyed the game before. F*ck, have to resub next month to get the ball rolling again.

Stayed in and watched blizzcon tonight. Overall the starcraft wasn't that good but the final game of the grand finals was really fun to watch so I guess that makes up for it a bit. Also the new multiplayer units in heart of the swarm look nice, well at least the zergy ones
