Useless wit out pics ...Lol I was watching University Challenge the other day and this guy got a question wrong, he looked at his team with a stupid grin like he was saying "lols meights i was close!" and they all looked back at him totally stoney-faced with a "what were you thinking you wanker" look on their faces. Funny.
there was a moose outside our office this morning, lots of serious looking people with guns ready to "take it down" in case it went nuts... in the end i think it just wandered off
edit: scratch that it seems that the police have shot it

BBC News - UK student wins Microsoft Excel World Championship
Anyone got any details (that are most specific than "timed tests") about what's involved in these world championships? The inner geek in me is curious.
I dunno how it is in the UK, but during college I had 3 hours a week of mostly Office related stuff, granted I did go to an IT school but my sister, a chef also got it and so did my brother, a mechanic.I wish everyone had the classes she takes. MS office skills are becoming as important as reading and writing imo.
Not using wireless on my PC and it only happens when I'm watching something I've downloaded, never when I'm streaming. For instance, I downloaded Xena for a nice catch-up and it's done it twice in 10 minutes. Y'know, the work offline message. Very strange. Possible it's a conflict with IE?
