exactly, if they didnt over feed him in the first place he wouldnt be that big. i watched a bodyshock documentry awhile back it was about a fat child from a remote part of russia he looked almost identical to this little fella but he was older, the doctor that was presenting the program basicly came to the conclusion that his mother was over feeding him on purpose because she loved the fame and fortune, she had been on TV shows across the world even had money given to her by some of the TV companies.

quite sick really to use your child for your own personal gain.

obviously not feeding him would make sense. But hes a kid, 3 years old he wont understand why they stop feeding him. cutting down on his food will probably help but hell be hungry, start crying. Normally when you turn the habits of kids you let them cry it out because in reality they are just acting up on it but hunger is different, because this is something he feels he needs, every day hell wake up hungry and go to bed hungry. Exercise didnt work apparently, maybe its something genetic.

im wondering how he got that fat in the first place mostly though
