Chinese take-away 2 nights on the trot. Woooot!

Last night: Crispy duck & pancakes
Tonight: The Mrs accidentally threw out the sausages, so on point of principal she's getting the Chinky in tonight :D

(How the F--- do you accidentally throw away a load of gorgeous herb sausages?!)

Depends if they are butchers sausages or supermarket sausages. I often let supermarket stuff either go off by "accidentally leaving it our all day" or just bin it and say it was out of date. The wife still buys that shit though.

I got them from a specialist sausage shop in London. Was looking forward to eating them :(

Oh well, time to get the scissors out & cut all her clothes into ribbons :p

In fairness

"She said: "I'd been following a programme of healthy eating in the camp where I'd been living in North Carolina, America, and I'd learned to enjoy low-fat foods like salads, bagels, yoghurt and even buffalo meat.

"I was really looking forward to trying it all out back home but, when I arrived, my mum said she hadn't had time to prepare any healthy food so we had fish and chips instead."

Mother to blame rather than the child.

Cant put all the blame on the mother really, granted she hasnt helped but her daughter caved easily, she needs more will power. They need all of them to help fully not just half arse it. The mum needs to push her and she needs to not just sit and rely on mum

Bagels aren't what you'd call healthy food either.

Going to America to learn about healthy eating and lose weight? Be fucking serious.

Buffalo meat, basically beef. Hardly healthy.

Nutritional Value for Roasted Bison vs. Roasted Beef

The following nutritional values are meats with fat trimmed to 0% and total weight of 3.5 ounces (100 grams). The beef nutritional values are for select beef.

* Calories – Bison 143, Beef 201
* Total Fat – Bison 2.4 grams, Beef 8.1 gram
* Protein – Bison 28.4 grams, Beef 29.9 grams
* Iron – Bison 3.4 milligrams, Beef 3.0 milligrams
* Cholesterol – Bison 82 milligrams, Beef 86 milligrams

Seems to be a lot less fat.

Saying buffalo is basically beef is like saying lamb is basically goat or venison is basically moose.

Not really paying attention to a philosophy textbook whist reading produces some amusing out of context sentences:

"The apparent conceivability of zombies has convinced some philosophers that there is an unbridgeable 'explanatory gap' between, material qualities and the qualities of conscious experience"

Wut why am I reading about zombies :eek7:
