i've tried dc universe online I was one of the first 30's and its not so much skill but the powerset/weapon you've chosen that + high dominanse + high toughness = anyone not much skill involved.

I was fire + staff/dual wield - the more points you get the more weapons you can spec in = more passive bonuses even at 30 you can continue to get spec points by doing achievements as fire I could literally mash 3 buttons and kill 3-4 level 30's at a time.

you can kill 30's at 15 because of how the pvp mechanics work, people at 30 take exactly the same amount of damage level 15's do the only difference is the 30 does more damage and has a tad more hp keep it stunned/knocked down and theres no reason you can't cain a 30 at 15.


p.s defense only affects pve people with 0 toughness have no pvp damage reduction excluding abilities.

Df was pro tho before they introduced spellcrafted gear ^^ nothing like zerg fights in DF near princes epic armour vs epic armour pew pew! big glowie weapons pew pew!


one of the reasons most mmos fail pvp wise is due to only having 1 faction vs 1 faction daoc hit the nail on the head with 1v1v1 if another company copied that with a solid pvp system they'd rake it in.
