Some ass-clown at Human Remains hired a new guy in management who's supposed to watch over a few sales-teams. So far he's second-guessing and pushing down all junior-consultants, esp the females and those actually doing a damn good job and those who get things done on their own, and doesn't need any help or 'managing', and also he wants to take credit for as many projects as he can, but the thing is, he is a talent-less tool who kicks downwards and kisses ass upwards.

He never backs up his peeps either, and if something goes wrong, he just blames the new people since they are 'new' and doesn't know what they are doing, instead of taking responsibility because he completely lacks managing skills and any talent for leadership and inspiring people.

It's laughable that there's actually a 3 year HR University program. What a fucking waste of time. Know a couple of em, no respect for them at all, and it doesn't help that their personality have changed and they are basically HR-people at work and also at social occasions.

Any company i have been in the candidates have been vetted by the direct management and hr just do the paper work to push the hire through

Apparently there's a series named Scream, in the 'spirit' of the old Scream movie(s). Thing is, it's nothing like them. The love-intrigues are shamefully stolen from Twilight. I want to be mad because of all the plot-holes and implausible happenings, the hip references and cardboard-cutout story from every teen-movie ever, but, not sure if it was meant to be that way, or the writers are hacks.

Very true but the that can take years in some cases. It makes peoples lives a misery. In the short term they often get results but then as you stated it all starts going downhill. Main issue is, by then the good team members have left.

The parent company of the one I work for now have a Social Media twat in HR. He tries to friend everyone so you can get sacked if you post stuff like "5 am still drinking #sickdaytomorrow" which one idiot did.

They also print off stupid photos and updates for interviews just to see how you handle it.

I never connect with anyone on social media that I currently work with. Once they or I have moved on, that's fine and I have plenty of ex-colleagues as friends on FB etc. but never when I'm working with them. I have trust issues.

Also, anyone who connects with a random HR spod on FB who they don't really know is mentally impaired and probably should get fired on the spot for being a fucking moron.

One cunt who I worked for pestered me constantly every day to bank that days money (we usually did it once a week) because he was closing the business without telling me (a week before Xmas) and the point of banking the money was so he didn't have to pay me any wages as he played the "have to pay rent" card (I was paid cash).
