Its a criminal offence to tattoo someone under the age of 18 (unless for medical reasons)...not sure if you can even be sent to prison for it

people occasionally have tattoos done to cover up horrific scarring from cuts/burns etc (once the skin has healed properly ofc), at least thats what im told!
