No, "Hill Walking" is labour slang for disagreeing with everything the opposition suggests not because its the right thing to do but because he's a stubborn stuck up twat.
What actually happened was, he stood up in the commons and said "I disagree with the speaker" to which his party swifty pushed him over and stamped on the spineless bastards wrist until it snapped, which lets face it probably didn't take long because as mentioned already he's abit of a wanker.
