Type cmd

It should give you the IP address for the forums. Another option is ping forums.freddyshouse.com, which will give you the forum IP address as well.

I am using these forums thru the same means as you and I never notice a slowdown with them. (well the other day there was a big one, but that was my fault and it lasted 2 hrs).

i broke* the company DNS servers yesterday and for most of the day the url "forums.freddyshouse.com" pointed to a server called NS04.alpha.dsnk3.nixserv.com

*broke as in BT switched off the two old radius servers we took DNS off, and forgot to tell us i spent most of the day working on 2k's horrendus DNS servers trying to make them work again the proper way
