ok i'll be quick.
The last week in bg1 has been something like this:

25 albs there and everywhere... 25 hibs here and there and everywhere... and 5-10 tiny mids eaten alive by the zerg.
But hey chill out.. its not a whine.

Just want to ask; Mids?? where the hell are you? bg1 needs you.

I told you not to take this as a whine, i got no problems with your bg1 zerg! keep up the good work.

Anyway that is not the point!
The point is that mids (im sorry to say) sucks in bg1 because of our insufficient numbers. Dont get me wrong now! The 5 - 10 mids playing in bg1 are good players but that doesnt matter when theres 1 fg of enemies camping mtk and 2 fgs at CK and MB.

Maybe this sounds like a whine, but its not.
Im just telling you mids out there to bring your alts to bg1 more often... yes ye, i know you are bussy dominating real RvR and crushing all relic snatchers, but BG1 needs you.

BG1 Gets old REALLY fast.

If your a caster u get 1 shotted by infils here there and everywhere, if your SB u get ganked by infils if your a tank u just get ganked.

IMO ofc.

stop moving around in the zerg. Im a skald and i solo alot. it is much more fun really.

I remember last night, i had a nice 1vs1 with a paladin near MB on Midgard side untill a brave zerg of 15 albs joined in.

/salute to that paladin for soloing!
/rude to the zerg.

Mids, albs and hibs please solo more.

Saying that ... the Mids ghanked me well the other day ... became lazy and went looking for a mate that had gone down by the MB - one mid popped up so started to go 1v1 with him then a whole bloody army of you appeared ... haha ...

I thought you were gonna go for the keep, but you ran off when 4 more peeps came over the bridge

Come on guys - get the numbers up and lets have a proper battle

I find the whole 'real' RvR thing very very dull, I think that BG's are far higher quality of game play, there is more variety (your playing a different class practically every week-2weeks) and noone has a huge advantage with realm rank etc.

Less effort but mroe enjoyment, whats wrong with that?

reall rvr is good if ure in a good grp bg rvr can be as lame as real rvr

Had great time last weak in bg1 as my BD, some nice fights, though severe lack of mids. but still caped out pretty easy, just had to watch for few mid deaths then kill alb zerg as it arived at mtk

Try solo with a earth wiz in BG1

Did survive 3-4 sb's attacking me and killed them all

but at that time there was 1.5 FG of mids....yes mids....at MB...and only 3 albs at ck...


So i was looking...and i got 3 !!! sb's on me at the same time...well...at least 2 of them i killed 15 min earlier...so i guess they were a bit angry by getting rooted/bolted and Dotted

so no use to go solo as a caster....i did it with my scout/mincer and infil... cause they can survive solo..and it's more fun

I like solo mroe than groups, but the most fun I've ever had in any type of RvR was back in the old day son Alb/pry when I played a scout who reached lvl35 just as the BG's came out. We had this 1fg scout gank squad. So solo might be fun but grping can be just as fun, if not more.

I think a lot of people see soloing as a status thing, 'look at me, i solo, im too good for zergs', infs and SB's really get offended when you ask them if they grp.

Scouts tend to die when trying to get on the horse going to sauvage, so they just dont bother anymore. I think you'll find most of them sitting around in camelot fletching...

Mids are sorely needed everywhere on Excal. There are so many times I have gone into BG1 or BG2 and found so few Mids on. Wish we could attract more players, but now with the rumours of massive nerfs, we will prolly lose more than we get. I've been in situations where Mids are gangbanged on both sides by Hibs and Albs. In BG1, there are so many more Albs than either Mids or Hibs, and about equal numbers of Hibs and Mids. In BG2, we are far fewer than Albs, even fewer than in BG1, and I have only ever seen a couple of Hibs in BG2. No wonder Albs always have the CKs in these realms.
