Thinking of migrating to DE!

Hi!
Me and 5 other friends are thinking of migrating to a german server due to the low pop on exc/pry.
Are there any English guilds/alliances and which of the german servers are best to play on?
Oppinions and answers would be great.

Uk peeps went to the limors cluster - thats Lyonesse/Avalon.

Biggest thing I missed was that if you didnt understand the language, and had no gg behind you, then there was no involvement in the community, and no easy way of picking up pugs and generally engaging - and its hell out there solo. Still quite a few people out there making a success of it I think though.

if you like zergs/ zerg surfing german servers will be teh fun, but if you liek small grp play/ solo action, these servers will probably drive you crazy and quit.

kinda like that yea, its very different from how its been on Dyvet.

Limors all the way

FG zone is fantastic although it is a very very steep learning curve sadly. Our first night out as rr1-rr2 and wolfbash, all rr11-12 decide to moc on inc...before our tanks even got near them.

The consilation is that these groups become relatively predictable and later on will be much easier then one who saves their RAs.


The zerg surfing caters to absolutely everything you'd want. If you like keep takes, they happen often. Roaming in large groups of 4-5FG? Happens. Camping bridges? Happens. Basically an ideal scenario.

Small groups, if you like the labyrinth, there are a LOT of low RRs that go there and are easier kills, as long as you don't mind dying every so often. Roasming as a small group in open field would however yield not very much fun.

As for soloing, as said, it will drive you pretty mad although I thought previously there was a designated solo zone as well, although I think it died out.

As for an alliance, there is an english speaking one in every realm afaik.

center of agramon used to be solo zone, but when rp bonus patch came agramon now is the bring 20fg zone or you die xD

Im playing on avalon to and im having some troubles with the german language anyone know if theres a way to translate everything to english?
not what german people say ofc but items and stuff.

If you are moving server to be with a bigger population then Limors (Avalon/Lyonesse) is the place to go. WAR beta isn't that far off and some servers will take another population hit then.

There are english speaking alliances on all 3 realms. I only play on hib but if you are looking for a guild to join there or you are going to form a guild and want to join the alliance I can probably get that sorted.

Hehe just talked to ckiller and he said i shoud talk to you, ckiller and i played togheter in the guild bulle reloaded on excal. Anyway that would be great if we could join a guild or somehow, we just gained lvl 40 on our charcs at avalon and we aim further. I just visited your page "http://pr.forumup.se/"

That is good because it is written in both english and german so you can see what something is in english push a button and read the german word for it.

If you get yourself into an english speaking alliance then you can always ask dumb questions about loot. Alot of names are the same or very similar.

If you play a server alot you will find that alot of germans are very helpful. A german guild took me through my epic and champ quests when I did them the first time in hib in german.
