after almost a 2 year break from the game i'm thinking about making a comeback for a spell

anyone i know still about?

what's changed in almost 2 years?

how's RvR these days?

anyone know if i can reactivate my accounts after so long?

2 Years has seen a lot of change especially in RVR, Think you will have missed Trials of Atlantis expansion which has brought major changes to rvr via artifacts and master abilities. Catacombs the last expansion has brought new chars to each of the realms and the next expansion Darkness Rising at xmas will finally bring rideable (and directional) horses to pve and rvr along with new Champion weapons and abilities.

Had a few come back to our guild recently and they have had a break for about as long as yourself. Many of them left as TOA arrived and are currently trying to get a TOA temp and shed their SI temps from yesteryear.

Also nearly forgot to mention New Frontiers a free expansion of the RVR zones which is a lot more keep orientated with bigger sieges and 4 small towers which can be captured accompany each of the main keeps, this changed rvr a hell of a lot, so much so mythic recently released an rvr island called Agramon which resides between the gaping sea in the middle of all the realms. This is like old frontiers which has MG's etc and is free of towers and keeps.... Keeps the sb/infs and ns's and the fotm GG's happy to roam there.

Very recently the Excaliber and Prywden servers have clustered to make 1 large population, so dont be worried if you see names like xxx Of Prywden or xxx of Excaliber. But it makes for good rvr as theres always some siege action somewhere and even the BG's have had a new lease of life thanks to the cluster.

If you enjoyed it before dont see any reason you wont enjoy it again once you have the pve grind over from a new template.

God have we missed real rvr/pvp in our two year crap exile in a galaxy far far shitter than a poo sandwich with a side order of plop(maybe a teensy bit bitter about galaxies lol )
will be good to go pop a keep or 10 too dammit
