Mids/Hibs read VN Boards, saw Albs where dominating, and left the game. Oh gosh, now Albs are dominating...
Just for your information, in the weeks leading up to NF Midgard's rvr population was equal to (and even higher at one point) than Albions...
All the time Albions where just rp cows you Middies/Hibbies would say Albions needed to form groups like this/that. We should not QQ, etc. Perfectly balanced, blabla.
And now the tables are turned for 2 weeks due to all Mids/Hibs feeling sorry for themselves, and the Mids/Hibs are quitting...
Spineless cowards, specially if you look at current US situation, far more balanced again.

No Class Changes, no RA changes. Just the Way Relics can be hold and some other stuff. That means you are not better then pre NF. Just the current Design of NF is in your favour. Nothing else.

Same reasons Mids and Hibs owned before.
Not because of good players, just overpowered classes (and combinations there off).
QQ as much as you guys want, but Albs play this game for fun, while Mids/Hibs only get enjoyment from being "ubah" and wtfpwning everything.

Maybe read my Post again Iam not comparing the Old Ra's with the New ones. Iam comparing this Patch and Patch 1.71.

And with even Numbers on all Sides you wouldn't dominate anything. Thats the only Reason you win. Zerging everything.

I know it's a game and people play to have fun. I know it's a source of de-stressing after a day at work. I'm glad you had this outlet for a few years whilst Hibgard was enjoying easy-mode. But with your attitude, you really won't be missed by anyone (either inside your own realm or outside it) if you /quit because you're now experiencing hard-mode. Hope you find a new, easy, unchallenging hobby to move onto now that DAoC is too difficult for you. May I suggest that you take up shooting fish in barrels? That should be easy enough for you, right?

You have a sense of humour going for you lad but that's about it as well. Obviously you have a different view on easy mode than I do and that is your good right. I still play daoc laddie but on a balanced server where you are not against all odds. It's more spineless trying to overrun people with ur numbers but again I am sure you will disagree. I live on the east coast of the USA. When I get online to play it's almost exclusively soloer's, duoer's and half-groups.

I am always solo.

I have never over-ran anyone.

But the standard response applies here: All realms zerg. I happen to agree with you 100% that zergs are spineless. But we've all been living with zergs since the release of the game, nothing magical happened with patch 1.70 that suddenly "invented" the zerg. The only difference is that this patch favours the most populous realm (Albion) when it comes to taking Relics. This is the first time in many, many months where this has been the case. In a few months (1.71), it will no longer be the case. I'm just trying to encourage you (or goad you!) into staying through the bad times.

And the shooting fish in barrels part; keep that in mind as that will be the most exciting thing for you to do in a few months since there will not be much rvr left on Excal.

Then you will also recall I quit because I hated keep fights and zerg battles which is all this game has been reduced too pre-nf and after. NF doesn't seem to have changed this either so I probably wont be around for much longer either. Balance issues, though annoying, werent a factor or i'd of quit after the first year.

That's why most hibs have also quit though, it's just albs (you included Kagato) insist on banging on about "OMFG no GP QQ!" etc.

My apologies for that remark regarding that second braincell. It was a tad over it. We all have our different views as we come from different realms.
Mids/Hibs believe Alb having greater numbers compensated whatever advantage we had (let it be overpowered classes; truth of the matter is every realm has a few classes that have abilities which are overpowered) and Albs think all this time they had the weaker classes. We stand in a frontline towards one another. You said one thing yourself though; Albs aren't better organised; I am sure you know the formation of a group with regards to classes often determines the outcome of a fight. In my opinion the fact that we won more "fair" fights is cos of that not of being overpowered.
Tastes differ and so be it. Good luck all Albs/Mids/Hibs on Excalibur.
