If I do something for my boss I'm brownnosing...
if my boss does something for his boss he's cooperating.

If I don't stick to the rules I'm irresponsible...
if my boss cuts a few corners he's original.

If I do something by myself I'm breaking the team...
if my boss does the same he's showing initiative.

If I work with a focus on the future I have my head in the clouds...
if my boss does the same he's a visionary.
