Actually I loved Namibia and would go back tomorrow. I'd do the Skeleton Coast next time. All our guides in Botswana said Mozambique is the place to go though, but its hard work unless you go extremely high end (there's none of the backpacker-friendly infrastructure you've got in the rest of southern Africa).

Skeleton Coast is definatly the thing to do in Namibia.
dont know much about Mozambique tbh the war was still ranging when we lived in Tanzania.
I'd gues that would be much of the reason as to why the countries wild life is largely still...wild & untouched
