Thieving stains

Thank you GOD, what a joyous day. You bring me anger and you bring me a nice dent in my wallet.

That's right folks! Today i'm the lucky winnar! (tm) of having my bike nicked.

Didn't know Southampton was such a fucking scum-hole, infested with sodomites, transvestites and incestuous towny spunk-bubbles.

Feel free to add your daily vexation...

TODAY!

Not as bad as losing/having something stolen but some fkin little w&$*er decided today that he didn't like the paintwork on my car. The little cherub scratched the paintwork right from the back, across the bonnet and right round the other side to the back again. The scratches have gone right down to the metal work so the car will have to be resprayed.

Can't imagine i'll get much change from £300/£400 pounds, that's if resprays cost that much, maybe more. :(

Thats awful, I sympathise with you guys. I've had my bike stolen (years ago, it was a crap one), and I've had my car scratched (after owning it for 10 days), so I know the feeling.

It's the frustration of not being able to do anything thats the most upsetting part, but always remember, you still have your health!!

I had my bike nicked about 10 years ago.
A Honda CB900 bored out to 1000 cc with a Yoshi big bore , painted black and lovely. I just got it and spent all my money on it, after getting a job after being on the dole for ayear.
It was on 3rd party only insurance.
I do sympathise :(

Some thieving little gypsy decided they wanted a pair of smoke grey Golf GTi indicators and a little GTi badge off the door. The fuckers scrathced the paint when they prised the indicators out aswell. Sometimes it really sucks having a nice car, bits of it become trophies for tea-leaves.

I reckon we should chop their knackers off and stop them from infecting the rest of the population tbh.

hehe, funny thing I noticed when living in holland is all the bikes look the same, I always wondered how people found their bike amongst the 1000s outside amsterdam central.

heh it does get a bit hard sometimes, specially if your bike gets moved around a bit. funny thing is when I lived in amsterdam I had a 50 guilder bike with a 270guilder lock on it.
the world seems a bit pear shaped when you see motorcycles, mopeds and bikes all with the same lock :/

Don't be ridiculous Bods !

They should have them squashed individually with a hammer.

It does my nut that if you get a nice car, you can't relax enough to enjoy it because of the fear that some pikey fucktard is going to nick it/damage it in some way.

I'm driving a mondeo at the moment, so hopefully I'm safe. It's a lot nicer than my nissan micra though, and as a result I'm always wary of the possibility that some twat will fuck it up. The micra was already fucked, so I wouldn't be so bothered.

had a few things nicked.

Someone nicked the wheel trims off me motor :(

Someone screwdrivered the locks on my doors (both doors :( )

Someone actually nicked the back registration plate light (from an ASTRA ffs)

Can only pray that they went to a good home.

If I'd caught the thieving little mongrels, then they would not have gone home (under their own power anyway)

Indeed.

My Skyline was parked outside at night, in the open. I used to end up getting up at all kinds of stupid hours in the night if a cat broke a twig outside.

Didn't stop someone putting the window through 2 days before I was due to sell it though. :(

I was at a PTA meeting on Saturday, one of the attendees had their battery nicked from their car parked outside, they levered open the bonnet.

No car is safe, my grubby little Corsa 1.2 got the window smashed once, didn't nick anything tho, little bastages, I still find bits of glass when I clean it out even years later.

Ahhh the joys of scum-mongery.

Having my own shop I have suffered shoplifting at least a hundred times, armed robbery 3 times, at least a dozen break-ins, one arson attempt and somebody crashed a car thru the front of the shop!

Why oh why did I ever hire Tremor??

No. You can't claim for shoplifting. And most shop insurances have high excess penalties. So anything under a grand isn't really worth claiming for. The only ones I claimed for where the arson and the car crash. It's not the money tho really, it's still a horribly personal feeling even when it's your business (and having to come out on your own at 4 in the morning with a baseball bat to turn off the alarm is NOT a happy feeling!). I almost hope someone will try and break into the house so I can kill them.
