they dont have to, there OP enough as it is..... if u see a vamp that just PvE'd a full bar of power jsut stay away ... u have absolutly 0 % chance of winning V them ..... HoT end tap claw claw claw claw dead ...... not to mention the parry/evade buffs

Tbh play a vamp before you whine about them, vamps were overpowered in the past that is true that's why they got hit by the nerfbat.

But from my pov, they are above average not really overpowered they can pwn some classes but also get kicked the hell out of by some other classes.

Let's get this clear 14%pow is all you can have before fight any higher and it will fade overtime.

That is one claw, or one HoT, then on average each hit that lands gives you let's say 7%,( ok on gimps in free armor you get insane amounts of power)

(If you get powertap in before the fight you will normally have 28%)

but due to low weaponskill, hits get blocked/evade/parryd alot => no power

Healovertime can only be cast every 15 seconds or so.

then vs casters you have one interupt tool, that is powtap this is on a 30sec timer and you have to be out of combat for 10 seconds if hit. ( you also have the lvl1 range nuke, which can buy you some time interupting but pet range is longer etc)

Classes that can be trouble somefor vamp in thid: Stealthers(pa disease, evades), Reavers(blockalot), Theur(Ice or air), Sorceress, Cabalist(amberpet and kite away)
and can go on like that

I have a thid vamp, I just rofl when I log him on since its gonna be such an easy killfest. Vamps are op!

Got 2 vamps mate, Ive yet to see a vamp in thid who doesnt Spam claw in fights. That makes me assume they are powering up before the fight. I dont think Vamps are OP Tbh unpowered Vamps are cake walks, and anyone nub enough to claw when not on full power is a fool. Take the PVE mobs out of thid and see how many vamps are left

U would love him wouldnt u. Vamps can sod off tbh, theyre still way too op with that claw in Thid. Still id rather face one than a Valkyrie , at least with a vamp u know ure dead in 5 seconds, with a valk u know ure dead but have to wait 2 mins lol.

18 slash (mainly fighting mid stealthers)
18 shield
10 bow (for people running or when ur rooted)

use incapacitate after block for 5 sec stun (shield style)
after stun and from stealth use cross slash-bloodletter
in normal combat back up incapacitate with enrage (taunt) till u hit stun then use riposte backed up with enrage (blockstyle -taunt)

in template get 36 str +as much cap as u can 36 con +cap 36 quick + cap an as much dex as possible

get mastery of block 2 RA make sure ur buffed then pwn pwn pwn
