Does an odd 750 dmg on a low level keepdoor. Def. not worth it (a ram does that kinda dmg in 1 swing).

10 points also buys you Purge which is alot better. Or AoM3 or MCL2.

Hell even Mastery of Water III is better then Siege Bolt.

Do not buy it, total waste of 10 points unless you're so high RR you got everything you want

I don't remember the range anymore (borrowed a theurg on Pendragon to try it out) but it was def. 'on the flat surface' of the keep. So in guardpulling range

I would rather see it changed in something else. Some GTAoE-damage spell on a 10 min timer which would turn the theurg atleast in something useable in sieges.

Nowadays I don't even bother bringing theurg in for keepdefense/offensive. I login matter-cabby if he's available and spam AoE-dot / AoE-disease / nearsight / str-debuff on casters

Twas crap when I had it (1st RA I got when they cam in)
was doing 300 on a lvl 4 door or something 150 on a 8

the worst part, waiting 5mins, use it and <u miss> wait 5mins more use it and <u miss> wait 5mins, use it and <u miss>

Solarflare has moved to Hib/Exc with the rest of DR Zoyster, but I think if you ask him he probably has a lot more RP's than Walker now - since Walker retired his wizard ages ago.
