Personally, I was really hoping the Johnny Vaughan rumour was true. Johnny doing the Breakfast Show would've been ace - he was utter brilliance on Big Breakfast.

Failing that Colin Murray would've been good, although his accent grates on my soul after a while (read: a minute or so)
