So a friend that I grew up with was murdered last year, the trial started on the 3rd this month and some of the details that are coming out about the murder are absolutely shocking. The two people that killed him were an 18 year old and a 19 year old, one was guy he knew the other was his own girlfriend.
My friend was beaten so badly and ultimately stabbed twice which was the cause of death, this is a list of his injuries - the reason they did this? over £10 and a few broken windows, not even joking.
1. Graze to the top of his head.
2. Deep bruising to scalp.
3. Bruising and abrasions to ear.
4. Bruising behind ear.
5. Graze below eyebrow.
6. Abrasion on cheek sustained after death.
7. Graze to right of jaw.
8. Graze on jaw.
9. Bruising to right side of neck.
10. Bruising to left side of jaw.
11. Six abrasions round his Adam’s Apple
12. Three abrasions to the side of the neck.
13. Whole of left side of face bruised including left ear, forehead, scalp. Also abrasions and cheekbone broken in two places.
14. Haemorrhaging to forehead and eyes which can occur from asphyxiation.
15. Abrasion to back of head.
16. Bruising to right side of lip.
17. Bruising to lower lip.
18. Bruising to right shoulder.
19. Bruising to collarbone.
20. Bruising where neck meets chest.
21. Abrasion sustained after death near left collarbone. Could be from movement or a blow after heart stopped.
22. Torso bruising.
23. Three bruises to front of armpit.
24. Bruising and grazing to chest bone.
25. More bruising.
26. Bruising to bottom of ribs.
27. Seven bruises to abdomen.
28. Left of chest had bruising and two curved areas of abrasion and bruising consistent with a bite. Also multiple broken ribs.
29. Bruising and grazing.
30. Graze above pelvis.
31. Two abrasions in similar area.
32. Superficial stab wound.
33. Stab wound which went through skin, muscle and aorta. This was the immediate cause of death.
34. Two bruises from bite to lower back.
35. Abrasions and bruises from rod-shaped weapon.
36. Abrasions and bruises to bottom of back.
37. Abrasions just above injury 36.
38. Abrasions and bruising nearby.
39. Fractured ribs and bruising.
40. Deep tissue bruising to back.
41. Bruising to right shoulder.
42. Bruising to right shoulder.

44. Bruising and abrasions on left shoulder, possibly from being dragged.
