I had a really great game called Spy Files it came in a cardboard folder there were like 10 cases for you to investigate. They gave background info and some clue on what you had to do.
You then say taped one of the suspects phone which in the booklet sent you to a page in the full book. You could also sent trailers out to spy on the people, it was really cool then when you finished a case you were scored on how long it took you to solve it.
