I'm afraid it does say something. For sure it is far more scientific and astute than "doesnt say shit".
Why should we count what you decree as the borderline between active RvRer and not so active? As the many threads on these boards indicate, it's pretty difficult to come up with a sensible criterion based on RP alone.
The best way is to count the number of players who made any RP. Of course you will be counting Thidranki players etc, but the RPs they earn compared to RP whores is feck all. To a first approximation it's the best measurement available.
I know which realm I'd guess has the most active players in RvR

That aside, all the numbers indicate is that Albion's population is growing the fastest. RP stats don't mean a damn thing. I'm sure there are plenty of people tagging on to the back of the zerg that see hardly any RP on a trip to Emain, while the amount of ppl with > 10k per week just indicates a higher number of dedicated RvRers in the realm, especially stealthers/soloers.
Yes the zerg gropws stronger, but give credit where it's due. You very seldom see 1 or 2 Albs running around alone and safety in numbers is a very viable way to hunt.
Bitching and whining about it isn't going to help us and it certainly isn't going to stop the Albs from attacking in large numbers. It's up to us to figure out how to counter it.

I think people can pretty much vouch for the amount of time I spend RvR, last night I had a very good night, which equated to 5k RP's - that is a long way off 10k and as I said, it was a very good night.
I don't get rp's for healing and rezzing people and as far as I am concerned, rp's have no true value to any support class, the do not justify the amount of work we do.

The thing that you mids/hibs don't seem to get is that there isn't exactly anything that we can do about it.
I can try standing in Castle Sauvage tonight and only letting 20 people on the portal pad at once (bribes will be accepted in the form of money or diamond seals ONLY).
And all you Albs between 35-49 you are NOT ALLOWED to level anymore! Yeah, that's going to go over well.
The other thing that you don't seem to understand is that the zerg sucks for us too It's so much fun to run around emain looking for a really good fight only to either come in just as the zerg has wiped through, or to have 20 albs following you around. Some of us enjoy balanced fights just as much as you do, but wtf are we supposed to do about it?? I am not whining I am just pointing out that it goes both ways.
Only real solution I can see is that GOA don't let anyone else new into Albion until it's more balanced, but I don't see that happening, do you? :sleeping:

Lost in the misty gloom of whine and counterwhine in this and other threads was the original point. I didn't make the statistics post to whine "nerf Albion", I made it only to prove that what Hibs have been saying here for the past four months is true: you outnumber us by a huge margin in levels and numbers. When we originally tried to say this months ago, a lot of high level Albs shouted us down saying that it was our imagination, that we sucked and lost all the time because we had no fighting skills, that levels were even, and that /who didn't prove anything. Well, now we have proof to show, and those high level Albs who denied the population gap before have at least now accepted the truth (except for Aussie).
This latest post was only to show something that I discovered that surprised (and disappointed) me: firstly that the number of active players on Excalibur increased (not decreased as some have been saying with all the "I quit" posts we have seen recently), and secondly that the majority of people are still rolling in Albion, making new zerglings. But a one-week period right after a new patch is hardly a good way to sample a trend - over the next few weeks we will have a better idea how things are going.
If someone came here and said, "Hibernia is overpopulated, delete your ranger and reroll in Midgard" I'd tell them to stick it. I'm not getting back on the level grind again, and I'm not asking anyone else to do it. But in a little while when patch excitement settles down and Emain goes quiet again, and people here start moaning as they did before, "why don't Hibs come and play in Emain," then maybe now a few more people will accept the explanation: watching our 165 level 50s get squished effortlessly by your 265 level 50s is only amusing for a little while, and then we will want to go do something else that is actually fun.

The numbers certainly prove that Albion has a larger player population, and more level 50s, but that's all it proves.
Like wise the lower population of Hibernia doesn't prove that they don't out zerg Albion in emain, I've been zerged by both Hibernia and Midgard in emain, it just means they managed to muster more people than we did in one location at one time.

Have you been to emain lately? We zerg, we zerg and we zerg some more. Ok so every now and then we are caught in smaller numbers or at odd times of day there maybe more hibs/mids, but mostly albion zergs.
