Well ok, if I have to choose though I would go with the U.S.A. for a couple of reasons. Firstly they would invade Canada for it's vast natural resources and also Mexico for it's huge force of cheap labour. Those alone swings things massively in America's favour. Then you have the huge research and development community in America, quite literally more scientists and engineers than rest of the planet combined are working in America for private enterprise. That is the 1-2 killer punch, they have the manpower/resources and the research/engineers to counter any other nation on Earth. China would need 20 years to catch up technologically with America by which time the Chinese economy would have been crushed and half it's population wiped out by famine.
