Frankie: Please do shut the fuck up. Yes it is an act of war. Yes, the people who did this should not go unpunished. But a war is not needed. A war is never needed. From what I gather, this is a launched attack from a hardcore group, small in number. Declaring a war and killing thousands and millions more innocent people is NO FUCKING WAY OF BRINGING THEM TO PUNISHEMENT.

That final plane crashed near Pittsburgh. I don't think it just fell out the sky either. The pilot either crashed it on purpose, or it was shot down, I think.

Apparently that Palestinian group deny involvement. Most suspicion is on Osama Bin Laden at the moment. The US bombed Sudan last time they wanted revenge against his group.

Here is what is confirmed to have happened so far:
- Just before 9pm, the northern tower of the World Trade Center was hit by a plane relatively high up.
- Around 20 minutes later, the southern tower of the World Trade Center was hit by a plane on around the 67th floor. Both towers subsequently collapsed (south collapsed first).
- About an hour later, a plane crashed into a helicopter landing pad located at the Pentagon. Sections of the Pentagon subsequently collapsed.
- A car bomb exploded outside the US State Department on Capitol Hill around 20 minutes after the Pentagon attack.
- American Airlines told CNN that it lost two planes in "tragic accidents:" Flight 11 from Boston with 81 passengers and 11 crew aboard and Flight 77 from Washington Dulles airport with 58 passengers and six crew aboard. Both planes were en route to Los Angeles.
- Many other buildings were evacuated, eg the White House, the CDC, the Justice Department, no other attacks have been confirmed however.
- A spokesman purporting to be from the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine contacted the media to claim responsibility for the attack. However within several minutes of this being reported the organisation contacted the CNN to say that they denied anything to do with the attacks, and that they didn't believe in attacking civilians. The Taliban Government of Afghanistan is due to hold a Press Conference within the next hour or so. Currently, the "best guess" of most people is that Osama Bin Laden is involved, however there are no confirmed reports as to anyone's involvement or responsibility.

Unknown numebr on the flight that crashed in pitsburhg -this hasnt been confirmed as part fo the attack.
The pitsburgh crash was from a different airline than the other 3.
There are "several planes" still unnacounted for.
American airports are locked down, no flights in other countries are elaving for the us or canada. Canada is accepting flights diverted from US but is closing after thoose.

When I heard I and my work mates couldn't believe it...it was too film like. However once we realised it was true I felt truely sick to the stomach and seeing the pictures and film of it I felt even sicker.
