this is getting silly now, does anyone have any -concrete- evidence if destroying a ram pad slows down / resets the door respawn timer ? :)

its becoming an urban legend and noone even knows if its true or not :(

I'm sure if enough people believe it, it will eventually become true. It's just a case of waiting.

Hey, we could start a religion...

When considering the existential nature of ram pads, there is one important question to consider that will lead you to the path to enlightenment:

What would Chuck do?

Whilst confirming that Goblins actually die, per se, is something I cannot confirm, I can confirm there are Goblins in the game.

But if a goblin fell over in a forest, and there was noone there to see, would he make a sound?

But if he was blind, how would he know if it was a goblin if it doesn't make a sound?

The ram pad is one of god's creations, and as such, destroying one will result in you going to hell.

But would he if he was in a box with no air?

By the rules of quantum, wouldn't you then have fundmentally changed the conditions once you opened the box and the result would no longer be valid, breathing goblin or non breathing goblin?

yes, but if you were unsure as to whether there was or was not air, would he be alive or not alive or some state in between?

So we've established that if you want to create zombie goblins, stick them in an airtight box.

I can't confirm or deny if there is a correlation between destroying the pad and the respawn timer on doors.

I can confirm that this is one of the best feedback threads in the history of Freddyshouse.

Yes. Whilst there is currently no evidence linking Goblins and self awareness. The statement 'would he make a sound' does not depend on 'noone being there to see'.

Mind you Goblins falling over in forests is nothing new, they do that all the time. You would think by now they would have noticed and would avoid forests altogether!

The guy who is breathing or not and who was or was not in the box was definitely not a goblin.

He is blind but has good hearing - no-one said he was a goblin....

So the Goblins died on the pad, been ressed by sigmar and then walked to a forest, fell over, found a dead blindman in an airtight box who had written a note saying "I heard you fall over." Now..does the Goblin:

a) Return to battle and throw the dead blindman in a box at the pad to see what it would do?
b) Dig under the pad using the stiff dead blindman as a spade?
c) Continue on his path through the forest using the dead blindman in a box as a weapon?
