Many times I've been pm'd or replied to by mods and other people have been banned for making "personal comments" to people. Having recieved a PM about this from a mod I clicked the appropriately named "Rules" tab on the FH navi menu and the only corresponding information I found was this:
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
The only thing that vaguely relates to making "personal comments" which was referring to an insult I made is being "hateful".
Is there some part of the rules of which I am missing or is the banning of people for their actions/opinions determined by the set nazi% variable of the moderator browsing the forum?

. Other than that if ure not a prat to people you wont really come in to problems. Dont try and abide by a technicality of a particular rule or few, just dont be a prat, and a mod isnt going to be even interested in you.
