The Vampiir class is a fighter who wields a one-handed piercing weapon in its right hand. While in melee combat, it is able to cast Vampiir magic with the left hand. The class does not have a normal power pool, however. It will gain power from a variety of attacks - primarily melee strikes. sounds to me like a very overpowered stealther. cant wait

Two key points there.

1. "Currently" no class has safefall without stealth - these are new classes with new abilities

2. Mythic spokesperson announced on vn cats board that Vampiir will NOT have stealth.

They added uber stuff, like longer stuns, AF chants, climb wall etc to the minstrel class quite a while after release.

Stealth, they have always had, climb wall was given later. So it doesn't make sense to compare that to the vampiir, where they would have to add stealth after climb wall.

Don't worry, alb class will be the gimpest one as usually. After all, we want to get people to mid/hib so we give overpowered classes there and 1 more gimp to alb...

Well it's not a stealther but it better kick some ass and have a way of defending itself on a keep wall, although a vampiir zerg over a keep wall could look hilarious, would probably end in tears tho
