The ultimate team : four ml8 banelords.

The four man team who can instantly whipe a zerg every 10 minutes with no chance of loosing. Is it just me or is the banelord ml8 ability stupid. Lets take this setup for instance:

BD ML8 Banelord
BD ML8 Banelord
BD ML8 Banelord
BD ML8 Banelord

Ml8 Ability pbaoe shout taking away 30% of enemy hp within 1000 radius every 10 minutes times four. Would mean insta whipe all enemies within 1000 radius ( 4x30% = 120 % damage ) Something is in big need of a nerf.

It does 600-800 damage doesn't it? so yeah 4x that is too strong....but then again what's new about something fucked up in daoc again :/

Mids could use 4 ml8 banelord zerks, albs mercs and hibs bm's, they can interupt a fg permanently unless the fg spreads far apart aswell as having insanely high dps.

lol i knew there would be a whine thread about this sooner or later i havnt seen many other banelords from other realms using this spell but now you just told them about it... NICE ONE !

it is bugged at the moment its supposed to take the user down to 27% health but doesnt so if you use it and get hit its insta death for you. As for the comment about healer pets healing up straight after ? ermmm yeh they take 4/5 seconds to respond and heal for 144 hp each time ...

just wait til thorn weed field comes 2 BDs with TWF 3 and ML8 Banelord, zerg killer

Think we didn't know about it? I got ML8 last tuesday and been using it after that.. Not that there's many ML8+ banelords in Alb at least.

Ive been ml10 battlemaster on my reaver for a long time, switched over to banelord recently. Much more fun/useful in RvR Im finding. Although its hard to tell if ml8 is working. Most of the time I dont lose any life and/or get resist messages. Atm, ml2+8+utos only seems to do about 60% to a caster, if they are not resisted, maybe a bit more if they have low resists. So atm, bombing is not very good unless you have others with the abilities too. But should hopefully be a lot of fun in NF with TWF3+bl2+8+utos, aslong as they dont get nerfed

4 x 30% thingy then volcanic pillar x1 or x2

if x1 they can instantwin 4 battles in 30 mins 8>

Note: Volcanic pillar will be avaible to more classes in NF and im sure one of them must be able to choose banelord

rulz, u respecced? could make some fun with 3 ml10 banelord reavers + utos imo, tried with Sparda, but 1 or 2 more ml8 banelord reavers would work mebbe...

btw, ml8 can't kill any1, so u need a RA or PBAoE to kill something

stalky i actually managed to pull of a 1.68 reaver bomb on 2 chanters yesterday, UToS + banelord 8,2,1 and with wrack twisting.... got em both to 5%!
easy finish then

Yea, I respecced to banelord. And your right, bl2+bl8+utos just isnt enough damage atm to insta kill on its own, maybe with more reavers or in Nf with better damage
