After an early start and having taken Bledmeer by around 10am, I would just like to congratulate the Albion defenders. There was actually a respectable battle inside the courtyard and many dead or fleeing Mids as a result of it. We managed to hold the Midgard keep for nearly 5 hours. Got to be a record in this day and age.

Just a question, why didn't you guys just rush through our frontier and take the other keeps too ?
When you took Bledmeer, it took literally(sp?) hours to get more than ~10ppl into the frontier ...

One party went out to take another keep, leaving Bledmeer with a skeleton defence army. The second keep capture was a complete wipeout, it was the fact that we managed to hold Bledmeer with no more than 30 Albs for 5 hours. Also managing to beat the Middies out of the courtyard once the doors had been beat down.

My group(with some highlvers) was in emain when we heard of the keep raid =)
we were to late and when we came to odin mg we saw that alot of people dying so we decided to stop and wait for them to come for another try.

my compliments to the mids that ambushed us at odins gate,
that was either a nice planned trap or just luck =)

I'm glad some albions finally realized they have to stay and defend the captured keeps instead of just zerging on to the next.
Gives me some hope for RvR in the future.

Well, in this case, if you had rushed through our frontier, most of our keeps would have belonged to you.
I think you waited ~3 hours to move on to Nottmoor, and by then there were enough Mids to wipe you out ...
Even found a couple of Albs exping on the Wintery Dirges along the road
