The actors accepted to get a paycut of 30%, but then they wanted to get in on all the merchandise and that they would be getting royalties after the show had ended..

I heard the actors are on $8m a year. Must be tough to get a paycut from that.

family guy was good for a while around season 3.

Brian and Stewie are the show imo, with Quagmire's never ending lust for Lois (or anyone else) a good support. Everything else is just secondary goop.
