How much muscle do you have? BMI isn't particularly accurate if you have a lot of muscle.

I'm not sure but either Tesco or Sainsburys always seem to have one. I never shop in either (Kwik Save or Asda guy :D) but when I do I usually see one of them and jump on it.

Your Clinicaly obese and you have a week?

I hope you don't have any thing planned for the next 7 days. You know like sleeping, or eating.

Hehe... remind me to never ask DMW for encouragement. :p

sorry I didn't get back to you but had to be back at base, have to be back again for 10pm tonight.
Get used to running a mile and a half because that's what determines what group you're put in, as long as you can run that mile and a half you'll be fine I struggle because of asthma so running for me is extremely hard work but there were some fat guys there who could run well so it's not a question of weight it's a question of health, look at all the fat bastard footballers.

It's a bit scary at first coz you don't know anybody but you have to remember everybody else is the same and they give you team building exercises to help you get to know people, if you're a sociable person which I'm not you've got nothing to worry about. I can't really tell you much about the training now because they've literally just changed it we were the last intake to do the old style training. Oh and the swimming test is 2 lengths of the swimming pool and treading water for 3 minutes, with a pair of overalls on, fairly easy.

Think of it this way if someone with asthma can get through it then anyone can people mainly fail on the press-ups and sit-ups.

Anymore questions, feel free to ask I'll be back on friday.
