I went to watch the Athletics in London last Saturday - sadly I only took a phone camera as I didn't want to lug my camera across London but I did get to make this panorama:

I'm pleased to say that this photo won the 'Your View' category in the Take a View Landscape Photographer of the Year 2012 competition.

I was recovering in hospital after surgery last week when I received the email. Pretty surprised for a committed coast hugger. There's a £1,000 prize plus a signed LPOTY book and an invite to the gallery showing in November at National Theatre.
