So myself, Deebs and our good friend richard went for a bike ride on sunday morning, we ended up doing 28 miles (about 45km i think) not a lot to the likes of TdC and Will, but for us it was a killer. I had to do the last mile stood up as i couldn't sit down on the saddle, and i still cant get on the bike (3 f**king days later)

Might I add that it was along a canal path which had brambles and stinging nettles which attempted to kill us at every opportunity. Oh and the occasional fisherman and pushchair.
