The fylgja quest once again..

I have searched for the energy near trollheim a long time now.. and i cant find it =/
So my question is, do any one know where it is?

Well here are the peeps i took on the quest to get our pets. The quest is the first GOA Quest and you have to be lvl 21+ to get it. Nice i think, i got a Pixie, and Wine got a nice Dragon, Zerker and Zippy got a nice Crusher pet

The second run we made to get pets to the members in the guild was a bit chaotic, since we needed to get the metal from the isalf merchant in yggdra. And we had 1 person that could buy the metal from the merchant, but ppl did rush the merchant and pulled the aggro from the isalfs, though 5 out of 8 got the metal. Chobbie was nice enough to sell me the metal he got. Iako and someone i forgot the name on(Sorry i'am a bit stoopid at times) had to solve it in one of the other ways
But you can do it in other ways also. You can get wood behind spindel entrance at LOC 3k, 14k, and you can get a stone following this description.
Leave aegirhamn by foot towards hagall, when you get past the myggas you'll see some cats at that point go up the hill on the left, on that hill you will see a plain with some shale golems among some stonesthat has some sparkle on them. Just keep going til you see a stone with sparkles that are darker then the others (it also has a little rock near it) Stay here for a while and a stone will appear after a short time, pick up the stone =) you have to stand still to get the rock or the wood. after this you go back to FT. Vendo and return the material to the NPC in the tower on the second floor out on the balcony! She will hand you a vial, go to Muspelheim to LOC 40k, 27k there you will see a lava lake with a lava fountain in. Swim out to it and take the damage it deals after a while the vial is filled with the fire energy.

Go back to vendo and hand the vial in to trhe NPC and voila you get the Statuette that you put on your quickbar and press you use key and press the quickbar icon, and there you will see the pet you have in you possesion I got a Crusher pet with Murderous :lol:

This GOA quest is open for a short while it is said. So get it done before it is to late, you will getr to keep your pet and it is tradeable with other players. It will maybe be of some value in the future, rumours says that they will make the pet lvl 10 and that you cna have it in groups and that it will stay alive in battles. But it is only for show you cant attack with the pet or anything, only a fun thing to have around This is the walkthrough for the Fire energy source, there are 2 more one in Trollheim and one in Raumarik. But i have not looked in to them any closer. So feel free to help out and post other sollutions to this quest if you get any info about the other ways to solve it!

Well as i understand the Fylgja spirit you get is a bit random. All did it the same way and we had 4 diffrent ones! A few things to know about the Fylgja spirit. You cannot be in a group when you use the statuette. And you cannot go into attack mode then the spirit dies. And to do a full recharge cost 15 Gold. And you can also trade your Fylgja spirit with other players, might be of value in the future since the GOA quests are only active for a short time. I have heard that they will raise the level on the Fylgja spirit later. And that you will be able to be in a group or attack someone when you have the Fylgja spirit active! Though Spiritmasters, Bonedancers and hunters cant use any other summoned pets at the same time! But that is only a rumour i heard Anyway hope the guide helps a bit!

Anyone found a way to increase faction with Ljosalf ? ( Isalfs etc. )

Killing Isalfs decreases faction with them ( duh? ) and increases with Svartalfs, but the opposite is not true.

Anyone?

When i did the quest the first time with felakin i was neutral to the Isalfs, but when we returned the second time i had aggro, dont know how i had the neutral faction towards Isalfs from the start either, but i know that the only way to try is to go and have a look. I know that people have baught the metal even though they had the agrro from the Isalfs!

is it possible to do the quest a second time with the same char or do you need to get an alt to do the quest and btw anyone know what the minimum level is for this quest?

Did you read my walkthrough

And you can only do the quest once per character.

there is NO WAY to guarantee a dragon pet, it doesnt matter which steps you take, it doesnt matter which parts you collect they totally RANDOM!! my friend and i did the same and got totally diff pets 3 TIMES!! id either guess you'd need a lot of alts..or trade with someone.

Just so you know when you are going to muspel to get then energy from the fire, if you are a caster try brig a healer m8.. its very annoying that you have to go out allmost die swin in again rest swim out allmost die swin in again etc. i did that 5 times or so before i had been in there enough for the vial to be full

So if possible bring a healer m8

It's the same for all the energy sources iirc (been a couple of months, admittedly), not just the one in Musp.

But good advice all the same, take you friendly neighbourhood Healer with you!

Order of damage is:

Muspel<Trollheim<Raumarik

I believe, the muspel one nuked me for about 4-5 every few secs, the trollheim one nuked me for 20-40 every half second, and have not found the raumarik one tho
