When i worked on standard Customer Services, they was the fucking bane of my life. The amount of complaints them fuckers receieved due to customers been ill-advised was phenominal.
Never *ever* go there... *ever*. From what im aware o2 is moving up the ranks recently with "Best customer service" although i think Vodafone is top dog still, but with this apparent merger which is going to be happening with some Spanish outfit, and the release of I-Mode, we should get more customer base and (hopefully) even better customer services.
Its just a shame that the management at o2 is shite, you get bashed from pillar to post monthly, joining new teams... its becoming very unsettling to myself and some of my friends :/, and the fact that i booked off Christmas in advance, i was told recently i had to book Xmas Eve by such a date: When i did it was "too late" even though a week previous they told me to wait it out... So, im Off, Off, Off, Off, Off, In, Off, Off, Off... stupid :/
