These were all in the EGC5 $500 Private Freeroll which started 30minutes before our one (StopLookingAtMe denied this ingame and said he was a member of FH - he also said he wasn't in the EGC5 tournament).

These two were also in the INV $1000 Private Freeroll that ran earlier today.

Reposted this info correctly since it wont let me edit my other post.

Three people who were in the EGC5 Freeroll won prizes from our Freeroll. Only one of these people exist on this forum and all say that Gamah gave them the password. ZeroThriller registered on the 16th purely for this tournament it seems.

Why are so many people who are not part of FreddysHouse (not even registered), in our Tournament?

Man im gonnna stick around on this forum, im not gonna visit this forum ever again becuase the dont host a PKR tourney, trust me im not like that, if i register too a forum i visit it every day.

It was the same on EuroGames forum, all all the new members that registered just for the pkr tourney were left in, but only for the first 2 weeks then they sent out emails too ppl they know.

Hopefully if theres a next tourney, ppl who register right before the day of the tourney wont be left play in the a tourney.

I think the FreddysHouse community, as one of the oldest general gaming communities around is perfectly ready and willing to accept new members to fold if they are not complete fucknuts.

Many of us are not happy right now because many people registered to this forum or 'snuck' in to our own little fun tournament with the express idea to make a quick buck. It's not surprising many of us are upset at you and the others who did this, we were looking forward to a fun tournament that was marred by intruders who are not even part of our community.

I am not upset because I did not win so pulling that one on me is not going to achieve anything. My internet connection was extremely unstable all evening and I could not get in to PKR until over one hour after the tournament started. By this time I had around $800 in chips left, was lagging extremely badly and managed to all in on a decent hand which saw me out as the only caller achieved a Flush on the River. Unlike you, I was not wanting to play this tournament for the money, merely to have a fun evening game of Poker with people from this community. Many of us have been playing Poker for the last week together and having great fun with it, without worrying about prizes.

You only registered for this tournament, don't criticise the members of this forum over friendliness if the only reason you register is to get access to a private tournament for our existing members.

I am proud of FreddysHouse members and all our Poker players too. We have some brilliant Poker players in our community, it's a shame not all of them were able to play tonight.

@Daynikz, if you want to remain part of the community that's not a problem for me, but I still personally don't like the fact that you registered purely for Poker reasons

I think most of us underestimated that there would be so many people out there trying to increase their bankroll through impolite means.

FH is very welcoming to new members, so long as they aren't pillocks.

People who are pillocks tend to be hounded out pretty quick.

People trying to sneak in for a fast buck will be regarded as pillocks.

Hence those who tried for a fast buck will be hounded out pretty quick.

Still fun to know that since Eurogamer were pwned by FH on the photoshop the lanky soccer player scene they still keep an eye on our forums

The point is we're not a poker community, we're a GAMING community NOT GAMBLING, most of us are far more familar behind the sights of a virtual rifle than virtual cards, this was (as far as I know anyway) supposed to be a friendly tournament for the regulars with a bit of cash behind it to make it interesting.

If we ever do this again prehaps we should make it a small buy in to put off loosers who crash it.

What we should DEFINATLY do is to put any such thread about it into a private members only section of the forum so it can't be googled and to make it only visible to people who have been members more than a month before its announced or those who are invited by a freddyshouse general mod.

Well it was a private game for a reason. I somehow doubt had they wanted random people to sign up and play it would have been setup that way.

It's not like you introduced yourselves when you joined anyway. Just interested in the poker clearly as it's the only topic you've posted in.

Obviously though you didn't even read this topic properly as if you had you'd have noticed alot of people mention they were either not very good or just playing for fun/learning, thus it appears to me it's got nothing to do with your "Sour Grapes" theory.

I didn't play but thats how it seems to me anyway.
