Quite a few questionable participants registered. People who are registered not only to our game but to another private game happening right now, how did they get the password to both?

Are they even part of Freddyshouse?

I doubt it since their names aren't in the list of names Gamah has posted here a few days ago, and since then we've not had many people requesting participation in this.

So why do we have non FH people in the Tournament?

These were all in the EGC5 $500 Private Freeroll which started 30minutes before our one (StopLookingAtMe denied this ingame and said he was a member of FH - he also said he wasn't in the EGC5 tournament).

So how did these people get into our tournament and what can we do about it?

I looked forward to this tournament as being some fun Poker with FreddysHouse members, I'd not played Poker until I read this tournament was gonna happen and I registered purely to learn the game and play in this. I couldn't play since my internet connection was broken, but seeing multiple people on the final table who aren't even from FreddysHouse is rather a shame.

Also, after scanning the DAOC forum I can only find one thread (which redirected to this one) where Gamah mentioned about the Poker tournament. Not all of those people who were in the tournament that Gamah listed, or that are FH people posted in this thread to request participation. Did these people PM you privately Gamah and if not, why were they able to get in.

I hope we can have another one of these, either without the prize money (clearly too many people out to ruin it) or more secure and better organised.

How did they get in? Easy.

They saw the tournament in the list, googled FH poker and found this thread, one or more signed up and got the password.

What can we do about it? Gamah shouldnt have given password to anyone who registered after he posted the thread.

Reposted this info correctly since it wont let me edit my other post.

Three people who were in the EGC5 Freeroll won prizes from our Freeroll. Only one of these people exist on this forum and all say that Gamah gave them the password. ZeroThriller registered on the 16th purely for this tournament it seems.

Why are so many people who are not part of FreddysHouse (not even registered), in our Tournament?
