The end of Jimli

[Jimli]

The 1.50 patch fullfilled the final goal for Jimli, being able to make everything at 99/100%. Long before that I had fullfilled the other goals I had set for myself. (for those interested in no particular order : getting well known, lvling a char to 20 in 20 to 25 hours, getting 20p and getting Jimli to 50).

I've done RvR in the frontiers and in the battlegrounds. Both kinds give me no pleasure.

DaoC was just eating 10 bucks a month without giving me anything in return so I've made the decision to call it the day.

I am not selling or giving away my account because Jimli is my achievement. He's been made with blood sweat and tears and I dont feel right about just giving/selling that to a guy/gal to lazy to do his/her own work. And I feel any 1000+ crafter must get there on his/her own merits.

I've deleted Jimli and the 3 other chars I've had. Then I made 4 new and deleted those right away. GOA can only restore the last 4 deleted chars so Jimli is gone for good.

Always remember there's a human being on the other side...

I've always kept this in mind and it served me really well.

well well.. respect you for your decision on deleting Jimli, you built him up, and he was your work to the end.. When (and a big IF) I quit I will most likely do the same with my chars.. Sortbane is MY work and being a warrior and all that, I still enjoy playing that slow assed bugger, both in PvE and RvR
