The Empty Mind RA

Anyone tested this RA yet? trying to find a way on my shade to counter warlocks and moc-lifetappers etc..
now is this RA only usefull when specced to lvl 2-3 or is the lvl1 good enough?
Or would i be better of with some more offensive RA's?

The Empty Mind

Grants the user 45 seconds of increased resistances to all magical damage by the percentage listed. This only works on damage and does not affect the duration of crowd control spell. (Necro version transfers to pet)
600 sec reuse timer
lvl1 : 10%
lvl2 : 20%
lvl3 : 30%

its very good, EM3 is abit to many points on a shade imo but try EM1 / EM2 and see if you like it, i did.

Its not quite a god mode ability vs LG weaponary(see link in sig, Jox using EM2), but mixed with other abilities it can be quite a huge defence boost.
