Okay my day went like this:

1 Phone rang very early in the morning and woke me up ( i hate beeing woken up early ( I only got a part time job atm so i usually sleep for as long as i want to)
2 Phone rang again very early and woke me up
3 Phone rang again very early and woke me up
4 I finally got some sleep but woke up with a terrible headache so i had to walk all the way to the store to get some painkillers
5 Forgot my credit card and had to walk back to my apartment to get credit card then walk back to the store to get painkillers
6 Couldnt focus on anything i did, im practicing Quake for an upcomming tournament in Norway thats in 3 weeks and i could not think proper wich really pissed me off because i win 9 out of 10 games vs the guy i practice with.. yesterday i lost 3 before i decided to rage.
7 Had arguement with roommate over stupid shit
8 couldnt sleep in the evening.

It was a shitty day. Let's hope today goes better.

6 Couldnt focus on anything i did, im practicing Quake for an upcomming tournament in Norway thats in 3 weeks and i could not think proper wich really pissed me off because i win 9 out of 10 games vs the guy i practice with.. yesterday i lost 3 before i decided to rage.

lol it is funny how a lot of little (in the grand scheme of things, these are little right?) stuff can complie and result in raageeeeeeeeeeeee, whereas BIG stuff (for me anyway) usually results in extreme confusion/upset/panic.

I get furious (and I mean full on stomping round yelling all the swear words I know fury) over things like the tv remote breaking when my fave show is on and new tv's not having manual buttons on them for channel changing, or a cupboard falling off the wall or having to do housework but big things like a loved one dying, B2 losing job = us not being able to move and buy our own place or huge frightening work loads just reduce me to moping upset/depression.

You sound like you have no clue of what you're talking of. that was the best opponent i could practice with at that time, i always pick the toughest opponent for practices and i gladly lose 10 times to someone better than me. But the fact that i lost to someone that i win 9 out of 10 matches against is annoying when you already had a shitty start on your day. And for you laughing at me practicing a computer game.. it's actually about 1000£ for first place so i think its worth my time, i do what i enjoy doing and get some money for doing it.

But by all means, if that's a challenge ill gladly take it.

I had a good job, making about €40000 annually, then the company I worked at went bust in august last year. Not due to the economy, but due to mismanagement. Due to the economy however and me having <3yr experience I get dismissed at almost all applications before they even talk to me, and I'm now in the lowest unemployment support, resulting me in getting an income that's less than my mortgage and that's not even including legally obligated insurances and water/electricity/gas and food. Well, to give a different viewpoint on it;

If he had said "Damnit, i just did my work routines and only managed 5 out of 10 succesful ports to the client where it's usually 9 out of 10, due to getting no sleep because of dumb-ass callers calling and waking me up. This could effect a 1k bonus that should be coming my way.", people would be more sympathic towards it

My point wasn't about practicing a game for a competition at all, if you think you are good enough knock yourself out. My point was about complaining that a guy you destroy 90% of the time starts winning and you throw a hissy fit, which is disrespectful to the other guy who gladly lets you get your 9 kills without crying.
