How to beat the zerg?

You can't in general but with the right tactics you can survive in Emain for a considerable time.

There are lots of places you can hit and move to, just avoid the major places after you have fought.

Us Hibs used to live off scraps when we were generally outlevelled and outnumbered. Now we have a few more of our own stealthers we can survive 30 seconds longer.

on topic- zerging is the way the hibs defend themself atm- with numbers. Hopefully there start bring 8 man teams to emain to fight our 8person teams let our l337 skillz deside instead of the numbers

You hit me once for about 50 damage, then I was mezzed and ported and bought my catapult stones (trading works while mezzed, oddly enough). Then leaped from a great height to leave you middies a nice "Danyan was 'ere" marker.

Tried doing that, but had trouble finding 8 person groups of albs (mids too, but you can actually find less than 10 mids together sometimes). Since its such a rare occasion to find less than 15 of you running around could you let us know in advance? Thanks...

Nice fight at the AMG there guys with the Albs.

The Albs brought numbers equal to ours, AND stood at the AMG.

The Mids showed up and we got caught in the middle so I did a kamikaze MoC pbaoe run into a big group of Avalonian casters

Just to clear this up getting hit by the hib zerg isnt fun at all but then one must remember its their frontier we are in and they are simply having RvR fun and defending their keeps and farming RPs.

Cant really argue with that howver annoying it is but hey shows u lot owrk as a team well done hibs!

Three weeks back though saw a huge boom in the number of regular RvRers we have. A increase for Hibs, but only evening up the playing field for Mids and Albs. Now we can patrol and DEFEND Emain and the surrounding keeps and feel confident in doing so. Emain is afterall Hibernian territory and NOT a high level BG as it has been treated for so long.

So, if you feel you're being zerged ... GOOD! Dry your eyes. Mids and Albs don't come to Emain in the numbers and as frequently as they did before because they know they don't rule there anymore.
